Heather provides clinical and professional reports written for court, including reports requested under s.211 of the Family Law Act (FLA). These reports provide an opportunity for a child or youth's voice to be included in decision-making and dispute resolution processes.
Heather is a Roster Member, Society Member, and Board Member of the BC Hear The Child Society, with specialised training in non-evaluative child interviewing.

Non-evaluative reports capture a child's views directly, in their own words, without interpretation or assessment by the interviewer. Heather conducts these interviews as a Roster Member of the BC Hear The Child Society, following the Society's standards for neutral, child-centred interviewing.
Evaluative reports prepared under s.211 of the Family Law Act may include the assessor's professional observations and context alongside the child's views, to assist courts and families in understanding the child's needs and perspectives.
